These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Clear Pool DFW (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting or using our pool cleaning services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Service Overview

We provide residential pool cleaning and maintenance services based on the service schedule agreed upon with the customer. Services are intended to maintain normal pool conditions and are not a guarantee against all potential pool issues.


2. Scheduling & Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the pool and related equipment on scheduled service days. If access is not available, the visit may be skipped or rescheduled.

We do not require the customer to be home during service, provided access has been granted.


3. Weather & Service Delays

Service schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other factors beyond our control. When delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate and reschedule as soon as conditions allow.


4. Service Results

Pool conditions can vary based on usage, weather, debris, and prior maintenance. While we strive for consistent, reliable service, we cannot guarantee specific cosmetic results after each visit, especially if the pool is heavily impacted by external factors.


5. Payment & Billing

Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of recurring service. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or cancellation of service.


6. Cancellations

Service is provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated. Customers may cancel service with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to discontinue service at our discretion if conditions are unsafe or if terms are not met.


7. Equipment & Repairs

Our services do not include equipment repair, replacement, or diagnostics. If an issue is observed during a visit, we may notify the customer as a courtesy, but we are not responsible for equipment failures or repairs.


8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, faulty equipment, improper installation, or factors outside our control. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided for the affected visit.


9. Communication

By submitting a service request, you consent to be contacted via phone, text, or email regarding your service. Communication is used solely for service-related purposes.


10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
